Summer is quickly coming to an end and the heat is slowly fading. With that said, most people choose to spend their Labor Day OUTDOORS!

FIRST THINGS FIRST: PROTECT Your Skin with SUNSCREEN!

1. The ozone layer is depleting and your body needs shielding from harmful rays.

2. Skin cancer rates are on the rise and sunscreen has been proven to decrease the development of skin cancer.
3. It helps to prevent facial brown spots and skin discolorations.
4. It also helps to reduce the appearance of facial red veins and blotchiness.

5. It slows down the development of wrinkled, premature aging skin.

Secondly: DRINK LOTS OF WATER

Drinking water also helps the skin do it’s job of regulating the body’s temperature through sweating. Feed your body. Water is essential for the proper circulation of nutrients in the body. Water serves at the body’s transportation system and when we are dehydrated things just can’t get around as well.
